Covid Pandemic Shipping

All live arrival guarantees are paused during times of national disasters, shutdown/closures, riots, any shipping companies not able to honor their guaranteed delivery services USPS/UPS/FedEx. We will continue to ship orders the best way possible to avoid delays however buyer assumes all risk for lost/missed delivery/DOA. Any delay in delivery due to shipping companies error will not be honored and any DOA as a result will not be replaced/refunded/credited. By placing your order - confirms you are in agreement of our terms and will not hold us responsible. Such exclusions to our guarantee terms will remain in affect until normal shipping operations resume. This is assumed at which time shipping companies once again honor their delivery dates/times and offer refunds for service failures. NO exceptions of any kind for any reason during this special exclusion period.

We guarantee all live worm orders to arrive alive as long as there is someone home to accept the package at the ship to address when shipped with FedEx Express services only. We do not guarantee Priority Mail shipments. FedEx ground /home delivery/UPS Ground outside of a 2 day delivery time frame from our shipping location is NOT covered under any guarantee of live arrival what so ever and is shipped at your risk. In conjunction, your temps must be within our live arrival guarantee, 30-90F. If your temps are above or below these temps we can only guarantee live arrival if your package is sent FedEx overnight with heat/cold packs held at location for pick up. In the rare event you have a problem with your order you must contact us via email within 24hrs of your order being delivered. We make every effort to insure live arrival, we will not cover packages that sit out in the sun. If by chance you receive a DOA shipment we will replace the live material free of charge 1 time with your next order, no refunds will be issued for any reason no exceptions. We continue providing the best silkworms around, and hope you don't ever have an issue!

We do not offer any guarantee on orders shipped Priority Mail the week before Christmas through the week after New Years. There will be major delays with the US postal service during this time, if you select this shipping we offer NO guarantee on the order what so ever. Please use FedEx express services for a guarantee of live arrival on your order during this time frame.

We offer no guarantee for worms fed on mulberry leaves what so ever, because we have no control over the source or any way of knowing if the leaves are insecticide free or not. We can only offer our guarantee to silkworms fed on our mulberry food, as we know this food source is clean and free of insecticide. You may want to test your leaf source on a few worms before you feed them to your entire order for 24 hrs (per tree if using multiple trees).

Our shipping rates are calculated on the weight and postal code we'll be shipping to. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the different shipping options for you. Just add the items you wish to purchase to your cart; click view cart- enter you city, state, zip and rates and tax will be estimated. We ship business days only, Monday - Wednesday. All auction items are sold at winning bid price. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of any auction item. Shipping is NOT included in price unless auction states free shipping.

All on-line prices are for on-line orders only, phone/catalog order prices may vary. Coupons and specials are available only to on-line orders unless otherwise noted.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express), checks, and money orders. Phone orders accepted 7 days a week from 10am-5pm EST.
