RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns-

We accept returns for NON LIVING products in new unused condition still sealed in the box. If you need to return or replace an item you can contact us via John Lucas or via phone (904) 247-6660. Returns are to be sent back postage paid, we will not accept any live product for any reason at any time. If you have an issue with live items please contact us first. Orders for returns can be handled through this online form as well:

Refunds-

Refunds are issued after we receive the item(s) back and inspect them. You will see a credit back on the original payment method with in 5 days of us receiving the item(s) back. No refunds will be given for shipping costs to or from us for any reason unless at our fault. No refunds are given for live product or used open food for any reason. We will at our discretion offer an option for replacement or store credit. Please see terms and conditions for live shipping guarantee.
